Working Student - IT Support (f/m/d) in Cluj Napoca

Tasks We are looking for an enthusiastic working student who will provide IT assistance to our colleagues from the Cluj-Napoca office. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware related incidents and help our colleagues with their day-to-day IT needs. The successful candidate will have experience with managing and configuring IT equipment and applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as the position require a good working relationship with internal and external customers. You provide in-office and remote hardware and software support in coordination with the internal IT team Your area of responsibility consists of installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and other technical devices You take charge of responding to service desk issues and requests on a ticket-by-ticket basis You contribute to IT-onboarding and manage the existing hardware asset pool You coordinate technical repairs with vendors, couriers and involved employees Collaborating with international project teams Qualifications Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent education You have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues You have proficient knowledge in MS Office Suite, Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OSX You have basic networking knowledge You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required
