Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our growing gaming project. You will oversee our full-cycle recruiting. You will be sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. You will also be developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Moon Active's current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities: Build and lead recruitment team (1-3 ppl); Perform full-cycle recruitment for the Bucharest office; Source and maintain a strong candidate pipelines, while executing a meaningful candidate experience; Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns, such as friend referral; Partner and work closely with our leadership team in Bucharest, Tel-Aviv, and Kyiv, to design the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment; Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements; Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates; Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience; Promote our employer brand online and offline.Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist; 1+ years of Leadership experience; Proven experience in E2E recruitment; Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more); Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Benefits Private health subscription + hospitalization package Private dental subscription Gym subscription Vouchers/bonuses for special events (birthday, Christmas, Easter, etc) Meal vouchers of 20 RON/working day (legal value) Ability to work with a global company and immerse in an variety international projects with different cultures within the IT industry.
