Our partner is a New York-based software company founded in 2006.They operate in four major markets: Cloud TV (that is, OTT) for operators and media companies, online video platform (OVP) offered mostly to media companies and brands looking to distribute content or monetize it, Education Video Platform (EdVP) offered to educational institutions, and Enterprise Video Platform (EVP) for collaboration, communications and marketing.We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) manual engineer to plan, write and execute regression, exploratory, progression and automated tests to ensure product quality.QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. Responsibilities Plan and execute effective inspection and test suites for enterprise, web-based applications;Work closely with solution architects and software developers to test client use cases, and minimize risks to client acceptance;Communicate and analyze the results of testing through bug reports, test result reports, and communication with team members and project stakeholders;Participate in Sprint rituals, such as estimation meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospectives, and daily standup meetings. Requirements 2+ years of QA in a fast-paced high-tech environment;Ability to review and understand complex software requirements, workflows, and use cases;Excellent written and spoken English;Analytical, independent, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
