Candidatul ideal
- Bachelor’s degree (in communication, journalism, economy - would constitute an advantage);
- 2 years’ experience in the facilitation of training programs both technical and communication topics (any certification would constitute an advantage);
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written (English, min. C1);
- Excellent organization, planning, time management and strong attention to details;
- Technically minded – good knowledge and understanding on the use of basic networking consumer products;
- Advanced skills to design and format content in MS-PowerPoint (e.g. manipulating tables, charts and graphics, etc.);
- Good know-how of training design and facilitation tools (Adobe suite, Zoom etc.);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
- Ability to motivate and coach individuals;
- Proven capabilities of adult learning techniques;
- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team;
- Able to grow expertise at pace with the changing work environment.
Descrierea jobului
- Schedule, design, develop and deliver instructor-led, Webinar and Web-based training sessions related to required technical and soft-skills topics;
- Create instructional designs (modules), including training task analysis, writing objectives and lesson planning/design, implementation and evaluation;
- Helps identify and select appropriate instructional methods to accelerate learning (such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer-based training);
- Ability to analyse needs and product requirements to create and update instructional materials;
- Measures effectiveness of training programs, reports successes and opportunities and makes revisions/updates related to feedback received;
- Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs as well as other related reporting activities;
- Serves as a primary point of contact for training inquiries for the Client, Training & Quality management & Operational departments;
- Provides information briefings and training sessions in response to Client or Team coordinator requests;
- Tracks participants attendance and reports training completion.
