YOUR ROLE
- Managing of financial and accountancy documents using SAP;
- Managing the relationship with internal colleagues and third parties on financial and accountancy aspects;
- Ensure the registration in SAP of the cash register;
- Check the accuracy of expenses documents submitted by the employees;
- Check the accuracy of received documents from third parties and their compliance with the legal and Henkel Romania requests;
- Follow the settlement of advances received by employees;
- Be part of the digital journey within Finance by transforming cumbersome tasks in our daily work;
- Help hands on to automatize, digitize and resolve tasks by fully leveraging the capabilities of Excel Macros, PowerBI and other available technologies;
- Engage in digital transformation of people, processes and enabling technologies;
- Consult and implement initiatives to automate repetitive operational tasks;
- Project requires IT consulting and solution implementation;
- Close cooperation with colleagues from Finance organization and Shared Services.
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Economic Sciences
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience on a similar position
- Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
- Excellent English (written, oral),
- Advanced skills of MS Office, excellentknowledge of Excel (esp. Macros) and VBA is a plus
- Working experience in SAP
- Initiative & determination to achieve
