ACCOUNTANT METHOD, PROCESS & TOOLS, Location: Bucharest 21 Oct , Bucharest Consultant: Andreea Paljanos Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting- Very strong knowledge of the accounting schemes associated with the various processes and good knowledge of IFRS standards- Appetite for information processes and systems- English and French advanced level (read, write, speak)- Familiarity with the SAP system for the usual transactional- Strong analytical and teamwork skills in a diverse and multicultural environment- Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited universityResponsibilities / Accomplishments- Analyze the impacts of an evolution vis-à-vis accounting processes and accounting systems- Identify the key players to carry out the evolution- Define the target accounting schemes (operational account plan, corporate accounts and Group accounts)- Write any expressions of need for IT or other Group businesses- Accept the changes and validate with all the necessary actors the change of process- Train and manage change management- Support end users
