LOCATION: SSC Bucharest DEPARTMENT: Accounts Payable POSITION TITLE: Accounts Payable Front Office Analyst BAND: tbc SUPERVISOR: Accounting Supervisor SUMMARY: Diversey has a global Accounts Payable Operation, where the majority of the transactional operations is taking place in a global hub, and a few activities with language and time zone dependencies have been added to regional centers. This role interacts with a broad network of Diversey users in Procurement, Supply Chain and other internal functions, as well as 3rd party suppliers. Close collaboration with the global AP team as well as European management is also required RESPONSIBILITIES: Major responsibilities for this position include: Resolve queries raised to Accounts Payable in Europe, specifically from Italy/France/Germany-Switzerland-Austria (depending on language skill) Resolve Very Urgent queries raised to Accounts Payable in Europe Ensure timely response and resolution – within agreed SLAs Processing of urgent invoices or corrections if required to resolve queries Initiate payments which have to be executed on the same day QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting degree and/or 2 year+ working experience in AP or Procurement Strong analytical skills Proven ability to work effectively in a highly inter-dependent organization Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Good communication skills in English and one more European language (German, French or Italian) Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Good process understanding Service oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Structured way of working and able to work in line with agreed timelines and priorities, also under pressure
