Accounts Payable Specialist (German Speaker) in Târgu Mureş

Your Responsibilities A timely and accurate performance of all activities in accordance with compliance, internal control, performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements and company policies has to be ensured, therefore activities include, but are not limited to: Assisting team members whenever they need advice/ helping in solving inquiries, training new members of the team Offering technical and operational support to Accounts Payable Associates Flagging and clarifying any unusual or questionable invoices or situations Processing vendor accounts reconciliation and allocated payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Offering your expertise on newly transitioned processes Maintaining the relationship with the customers and Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls Identifying unclear process topics and puts forward possible solutions Your Profile Education / Training: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage) Professional Experience: Strong knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures, preferably related to the German market, minimum of 3 years relevant experience, SAP, MS Office, transition experience is an advantage Languages: English and German are mandatory Our Benefits You get more than just a salary: You receive special gifts when important events happen in your life, such as the birth of a child, June 1st and Christmas (for those employees who are parents) and the list goes on!
