Your job will involve cash application, order release, collections, credit management, deductions, and AR reporting activities. What will your day to day role involve! GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Activity: Downloading the bank statement and preparing the daily repartition within the team; Ensuring same day application for incoming payments from customers accordingly with the targets agreed with the client; Handling of wires, drafts (simple/complex) & cheques payments; Handling of the Documentary Research activity; Keeping contact with internal departments and the customers; Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes, as requested by the manager; Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners; Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks; Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager; Updating the working procedures, whenever requested by manager; Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager; Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain cases based on the official working days of the given service region; Know and understand the performance management policy and practice; Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company. Qualifications we seek in you! Similar work experience Accounting knowledge – would be a plus; Basic Excel, Word, Outlook is a plus; Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation; Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls; Energetic, self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Accurate, logical thinker, Ability to work under time pressure; Communicative and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of French Language, min.
