We are a growing International Fintech organization looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic corporate finance team. As an AR Specialist you will report directly to an international based Accounts Receivable Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Issue and input the order forms for a dedicated portfolio of clients in relation to sales, legal and procurement departments
- Invoices issuance in accordance with contracts terms
- Perform customer collection
- Check the data input in the Netsuite billing system to ensure accuracy of the final bill.
- Cash receipts posting in Netsuite by maintaining an accurate ageing report
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and work closely with sales and legal department in case of escalation
- Handle and input cancellations requests
- Maintaining and updating internal client and contract databases
- Deliver account summaries
- Act as a trusted member of the team in offering back-up to the other account receivable specialists and to the manager
- Participate in the monthly closings
- Participate actively in system improvements and automation projects.

Your profile
- Work experience in an Accounts Receivable role in an international company handling contracts and billing, with exposure to multiple currencies
- University degree in finance
- Good Excel skills are required
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality company guidelines
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize work and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and investigative mind-set
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of NetSuite will be an added advantage
