Role TypePermanentWhat you'll be doing:This role is responsible for the entire process of identifying, negotiating and purchasing prizes for sales force incentive campaigns.Also, another responsibility is the management of printed materials: the planning process, the stock and its management through corrective actions.Supports ad-hoc actions and implements when needed.Key responsibilities:identifies sources of prizes for the sales force in accordance with the agreed objectives and budgets, coordinates the entire process with the departments involved (procurement & supply chain);follows the activity of the competition in terms of "motivation campaigns" and transmits the information to the related Avon departments;uses the communication tools with the teams involved in the process regarding the request, setting the actions and implementation, provides feedback and fallow-up to the whole process;plans quantities, calculates financial impact, coordinates approval with decision makers and submits order;monitor the stock of materials, issue reports, identify situations of insufficiency & excess, propose solutions, coordinate approval with decision makers and support implementation;follows the activity of the competition materials and transmits the information about trends & actions to the related Avon departmentscoordinates data requests and implements with the departments involved;participates in various internal business projects and analysis processes and performs tasks (implementation & fallow-up)We'd love you to have:Higher education in Economics/ Sociology/ Marketing;At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing or analysis experience in a large multinational company;Strong data processing and analyzing capabilities;Excellent English written and spoken; fluency in Hungarian, Bosnian or Croatian is an advantage;Excellent computer skills – Excel, Power Point, Access is an advantage;Good communication, organizational and presentational skills;Analytical skills, keen sense on details;Flexible regarding workload and strict in deadlines
