Key Responsibilities

Impact on Business (i.e. business contribution, nature and scope of responsibility, risk and financial management)

- to support the PMO team in data entering in the tools, KPI follow-up, APs follow-up, reporting;

- to perform various administrative tasks for one person or a team, such as document edition / reproduction, database or IS system updates and queries;

- to coordinate activities, answering inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and e-mail;

- to coordinate activities related to the work environment.

I nternal Customers (i.e. nature and level of client relationship management and service delivery):

- build and maintain networking within and outside the own area;

- general support of the team;

- organization of travels and managing expenses;

- managing agendas / organizing meetings;

- follow-up actions with the team;

Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved):

- enter data in various systems linked to the business;

- try to improve reporting and process;

- show proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Key User of different company Tools;

- Excellent communication and motivational;

- Fluent in English;

- Computer Skills: requires use of a computer to create standardized documents, reports or graphics using software packages such as Excel, Power Point and Word;

- Strong Interpersonal Skills

- Requires communication with internal and external contacts to carry out company policies and programs;

- Often deal with higher organizational levels on matters requiring explanation, persuasion and to obtain approvals at a global level;

- Problem Solving: position solves routine/repetitive problems following established policies and procedures.

- Computer Skills: Requires use of a computer to create standardized documents, reports or graphics using software
