Job Description

 

Your contribution:

  • Committed to be a personal example of bringing value, innovative solutions in order to create best practices for the administrative services needed in our site.
  • Considering the experience within the building and related facilities as a market benchmark by permanently searching for reaching the user expectations
  • Be responsible for the administrative or soft services in our Facility Management Group like our canteen, our gym, cleaning and green spaces, reception services and asset management
  • Supervision of related external contractors and co-ordination of internal administrative team
  • Proper planning, budgeting, reporting and monitoring the quality of all the administrative services
  • Implementation of all activities in a structured way, documenting using the proper tools and procedures
  • Correlating of the administrative services with building maintenance and technical solutions

 

Qualifications

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about doing things in the right way :)
  • Min. 5 years previous experience in facility management or similar fields
  • Result and quality oriented, efficient and pro-active worker
  • Experience in co-coordinating teams and complex activities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Very good organizer & planner with analytical thinking, being able to take quick decisions and assume responsibilities
  • Excellent in both English speaking and writing, German language would be a plus
  • Microsoft Office tools and programs expert
