Visits a certain number of customers daily with specific focus on each customer, depending on the customer’s size / potential (B&C customers according to segmentation)
Negotiates and ensures a level of executions according to the existing PepsiCo standards and tools per type of store in order to deliver targeted volumes;
Is responsible for in store development by increasing portfolio, space and gaining secondary placements;
Reports weekly and sends periodic follow up to the direct manager regarding the status of implementation of execution standards and the expected impact in volumes;
Constantly aligns with direct manager regarding the customers in focus;
Maintains and develops a positive and solid relationship with the customers in his area;
Interacts with Traditional Trade team and coordinates the Customer Representative’s activity in order to ensure execution objectives achievement;
Collaborates with Territory Sales Manager in the area to align the best development action plan for the customers in the area, in order to achieve the objectives;
Negotiates the commercial agreements with customers in his area and ensures the implementation
Propose to Trade Marketing, Business Development and Traditional Trade Key Account Management new tools and approaches in order to ensure the successful implementation of the development action plans for top customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
University degree
Clean driving license
Very good numeric abilities
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Good level of autonomy
Sales field experience of minimum 2 years in a Customer Representative role;
Analytical thinking and financial understanding
Very good PC knowledge : Outlook, Excel

Good knowledge of English
Very good ability to drive in store development tasks
