Polish (advanced) English (advanced) Agile (advanced) We are looking for an Agile Project Manager (3+ years experience), who is able to independently manage & coordinate the design and development of software projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Running SCRUMFacilitating SCRUM framework and running the software management process in an agile wayTaking OwnershipManaging the full end-to-end process from idea to design & developing the productMentoringSharing experience and educating other team members about agile mindset and best practicesAgile MindsetBeing agile and proactive while taking part in Meetings, Sprints and other SCRUM ritualsSupporting and educating the project stakeholders in the area of backlog management & product ownershipSupporting formal process related to accounting & billing the workAssisting our clients in making key decisions at every stage of product developmentImproving the current processes, implementing new tools and solutions that can improve project management WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:Professional experience as an Agile Project Manager (3+ years)Ability to work independently and managing the projectExcellent command of written and spoken English (min.
