INCDTIM Cluj-Napoca is opening one new part time (2 hours / day) position for a Research Assistant, within the scientific research project entitled „High-throughput nanoscreening platform for SERS monitoring of latest generation antibiotics’ activity on antibiotic-resistant pathogens at
single-cell level”, project code The position will be supported between 1 April 2021-14 September 2022. The applicant must be a PhD candidate in Physics or Chemistry

Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge of optics, optical (UV-Vis) and vibrational (Raman, SERS) spectroscopy.
Laboratory skills: acquisition and interpretation of Raman and SERS spectra.
Elaboration of scientific articles for the dissemination of research results.
Additional skills: willingness to learn new data analysis techniques (chemometrics, data deep learning approaches, quantum chemistry tools)
Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry or related fields.
