Are you interested in implementing high-quality technical business processes in our software platform and bridging the gap between software development and customer support?As our new Application Consultant, you will join our Professional Services team that works on developing and maintaining our billing solution for specific customers.As a successful Application Consultant, you are passionate about developing solutions to improve the quality of our products and you see a problem as a chance to find a solution. In the position as Application Consultant, we expect that you will: Manage and troubleshoot existing billing platform, finding and implementing solutions to existing and potential problems. Design new solutions and features to meet specific business goals and customer needs. Provide live technical support to customers via web or phone communication. Create training materials and give verbal training instructions to customers and other staff members, advising them on the best ways to use Rator billing platform and to meet their desired goals and complete tasks. Document new solutions, outlining areas that need improvement and creating suggestions to streamline application software functions. Qualifications Strong SQL database query skills Experience with Java and software development Experience with web services (SOAP or/and REST) Experience with Apache Tomcat webserver Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems Business experience in telecommunications, finance, or CRM solutions will be an asset Strong analytical and Multitasking skills Educational background in computer science, data processing, engineering, or IT Good English language skills, both written and spoken Customer-support experience The ability to work as part of a team Problem-solving and strategic planning ability Excellent business insight and understanding Good at prioritizing and managing own tasksExperience with Docker containers, Ansible We offer:A challenging and exciting position in a dynamic organization with a positive working environment characterized by being both enthusiastic and informal.
