We encourage personal initiative, creativity and independent, results-oriented action.To strengthen our team at Hoffmann IT and General Services company in Romania, we are looking for an Application Engineer MS Platform (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Your responsibilities:  New development as well as further development of apps and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform environment.Planning and conception for the implementation of new requirements as well as further development and continuous maintenance of our documentation platformsDevelopment and maintenance of data structures on SharePoint, Microsoft SQL and Dataverse basis as well as via web services interfacesFamiliarization with the automation of business processes within the Microsoft Power PlatformCollaboration in the area of operations and support for existing and new apps Your competencies: Technical skills or successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification or several years of professional experience in a similar positionSeveral years of experience with the Microsoft Power platform (primarily Power Apps and Power Automate) as well as general programming skills and knowledge of Office365Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft SQL, Dataverse and Robotic Process Automation desirableStrong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on customer orientation and high resilience and flexibilityGood written and spoken English skills, German language skills desirableYour advantages:We welcome you to a value- and growth-oriented family business with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processesWe offer an intensive induction / training period with courses and a „foster programme“ as well as continuous further training at our own Tool CampusWe reward your commitment with an attractive salary packageThe position will be based in our office in BukarestYour way to us:Do you find yourself here?
