Area sales Manager Transylvania

Main Responsibilities

  • Drives the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets, in designated area (Bistrita Nasaud - Cluj – Alba Mures – Sibiu);
  • Generates and develops business relationships with an effective approach, through research and qualification of potential prospects
  • Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
  • Develops the most appropriate solutions to fit to customer’s requirements.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction.
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports.

Nice to Have

  • University degree with technical knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellency in negotiation
  • Good communication skills
  • problem solving and prioritizing capacity
  • MS Office
  • Availability for traveling (clean B driving license)
  • English – proficiency level
  • Hungarian is a plus
