AS400/RPG Team Lead Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract IT (Information Technology) Apply Responsibilities Developing and maintaining high sensitive applications that are used by different Back Office population on the main financial places around the World (New York / London / Paris / Frankfurt / Hong Kong / Madrid / Milan / Tokyo / Singapore).What you will do: Lead technical team in charge with design and delivery of the product Support the members of the team in their activities and soft skills improvements Liaise with all the stakeholders to make sure the team has all the skills and information needed to complete their tasks; SPOC for the dev team Contribute to sprint refinement, sprint planning and follow up on daily meetings Analyze impact of product design together with the Architecture Committee Ensure quality and technical maintainability of the product (ensure that development strategy is respected by the team) To gain an understanding of finance and accounting roles and data flow within the Technology group; Ownership and accountability. Applicant will collaborate, execute task assignments on the sprint, Global initiatives within the Listed Systems; Set-up objectives for the team and follow up a career path for each member of the team. Propose trainings for the team where needed Pitch for technical improvements and find solutions according to the global initiatives Provide application support Level 3 on in house application (in/out of office hours) and iSeries batch processing; Knowledge of programming of reports for different offices or business lines around the various data files using SQL, ILE RPG, Free format RPG, CLLE, (Xml and Java 20%) etc.would be a plus Profile required You have experience in full SDLC required: user requirements gathering, application/system analysis and design, development and deployment; experience on coordination and providing technical training is a plus Previous experience on people management would be a plus You have experience in change management process Responsible attitude and ambition in achieving your mission; Very good communication skils, conflict management experience Good command of English, both written and spoken Innovative problem-solving skills, curious, autonomous and really keen to develop his tech skills.
