About the Role
At HARMAN, we understand that effective collaboration and adaptability are essential to delivering value to our customers.
The role involves managing quality assurance QA) processes throughout project lifecycles to meet delivery and quality targets. Responsibilities include defining strategies, scheduling activities, ensuring process compliance for reaching Automotive SPICE level 3 on Strategic Business Unit (SBU) level.
Your Team
This position reports to the Director of System Engineering Europe. As an integral member of a global team, the person in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Automotive Engineering Excellence, Development Quality and the Process Owners and Experts of our SBU Connectivity Software Domains. These teams work closely together to ensure that process improvement initiatives are strategically aligned, technically sound, and effectively adopted across the organization.
