Job DescriptionThe Opportunity We are sourcing for a knowledgeable and driven Asset Systems Manager to join our Asset Performance Team in NSW. Reporting to an Asset Performance Manager, you will provide asset data, system and performance management expertise and leadership.Your attention to detail, desire to deliver, and the ability to work well with others will set you up for success. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is experienced and can hit the ground running quickly, or someone that has limited exposure to this space and is keen to further grow and develop.What you will be responsible for:Contribute asset management expertise to ensure Transport for NSW assets and delivery service functions operate with the Stewardship PrinciplesOperate within Fulton Hogan’s Asset Management System, and contribute to establishing the system, audits and improvements to the systemOperate and manage the Asset Information Management System (Confirm) for all aspects of the contract teamPrepare and manage asset data for use in the Asset Information Management System and to support operationsDevelop asset management processes for the Asset Information Management System and data management within the contractLead the asset handover process with Transport for NSW and provide the data to meet the handover requirementsProvide data management expertise across the contract teamImplementation and operate all the systems and processes to monitor and report the asset performance KPIsDevelop and operate the contract KPI reporting including coordinating data sources from a range of systems and utilising standard processes for reportingLead and develop performance analysis of the assets through utilising data analytics and predictive analysis to inform the Asset Performance Team of performance, efficiency and effectiveness opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the contract teams, Transport for NSW and other key stakeholders for the effective asset and performance management of the network assets and servicesContribute to the leadership of the Asset Performance Team through strategy development and engagement within the teamYou will also be in a position to:Promote and represent the business in relevant industry groups and conferencesParticipate in team toolboxes and other safety initiatives as requiredEncourage team work by regularly seeking out others’ input and expertise and taking this into consideration when making decisionsSupport the contract team in identifying opportunities for improvement and in the planning and implementation of initiativesActively participate in the Fulton Hogan Staff Performance Reviews bi-annually for yourselfThe position is best suited to someone with:Engineering or Information Management Degree (preferred)Proven ability to use management data, interact the data with systems and develop reportingUse of asset management systems or maintenance management systems in a road asset management environment or similar in systems in other industriesDevelop and operate performance reporting processes and systemsUse data analytics knowledge and capability to develop understanding of the performance of assets (preferred)Fulton Hogan Philosophy We build and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and enhances communities across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
