YOUR TASKSYou will carryout assistant and communication tasks;You will collectand process information with respect to relevant documents, coordinate and beinvolved in the division related projectsYou willprepare presentation on the basis of keywords and sketches and organize theschedule and all appointments and deadlines;You willalso be involved in the organization of workshops/events/ and conferenceswithin the organization and manage subject-specific correspondence from insideand outside/abroad.You will procure all-round information and ensure anoptimal flow of communication between internal and externalpositions/departments;One ofyour functions will be to coordinate external visits and organize businesstrips for the whole Lifecycle Solutions division.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYou have completed studies in communication or languages and you have presentation skills;You have experience in business management and in work for at least 3 years;You have excellent English knowledge, German would be an advantage.
