Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Technology Account Operations-EnglishRESPONSIBILITIES• Manage Relationship with Client, Business team, Biz IT organization, corporate team, and other stakeholders. Drive IT Governance meeting with client IT, business teams • Escalations/issues are proactively identified, addressed, and closed with documentation• Regular reviews for Client and Corporate initiatives / projects / IT implementations across towers including applications, products etc.• Ensure Zero Major Incidents due to hygiene issues for the account/s• Report out performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates, and issue progress to Internal and Client, Business and IT leaders as and when required• To enable the conduct of Infosec compliance audits across all account/s• Ensure 100% SOW compliance for all accounts in account• Ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreed SLA norms• Actively participate in NC closure / Risk mitigation • Ensure effective Business Continuity Planning & delivery • Proactive communication on all the ongoing efforts as well as risk & mitigation plans required. All the efforts, approvals & communications have been documented. • Partner with internal Audit teams to help enhance processes, systems, and teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience by conducting deep dive analysis, identifying issues & fix it with a sustainable solution• Experience on BI tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau or Qlik is a must. • Exposure to document management processes and tools. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE • Perform the activity in accordance with his/her competences and instructions received from the employer so as not to expose to risk of injury or occupational disease both oneself and others who may be affected by the actions or omissions while working.• Will not proceed with disconnecting, changing, or removing arbitrarily his/her own safety devices, especially of machinery, tools, plants and use properly these devices.• Will immediately inform the employer and / or assigned workers about any work-related situation that can be consider on reasonable grounds as a threat to worker’s safety and health, as well as any defection of the protection devices.• Inform his supervisor and / or employer the accidents suffered by his own person.• Cooperate with the employer and / or designated workers if is necessary to enable any measures or to fulfill any requirements prescribed by the labor inspectors and sanitary inspectors, to protect the health and safety of workers.• Cooperate, if necessary, with the employer and / or designated workers to enable the employer to ensure that the working environment and conditions are safe and without risk to health and safety in his/her field of activity.• Acknowledge and complies with health and safety legislation and the related implementing measures.• Provide the information required by the labor and sanitary inspectors.• Attend to work in full capacity for working, refreshed, and having proper posture, not being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, hallucinogens and not consuming these substances during working hours.• Regularly attend trainings on work safety and emergency, as well to related applied programs.• Avoid carrying out dangerous operations, unforeseen activities (i.e., working at height);• Use electrical equipment’s during the working process according to the rules of security against electric shock.• Move on access roads and evacuation stairs according to the acknowledged instructions.• Use in an appropriate manner the work equipment’s: desk, chair, laptop computer.• Maintain the right position in the front of screen display. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FIRE PROTECTION • Follow the rules and measures for fire protection communicated by the manager or head of the company. • Use dangerous substances, installations, equipment, machinery, appliances, and equipment, according to technical specification and those given by the manager or head of the company.• Do not perform unauthorized maneuvers or unauthorized modifications to systems and facilities for fire protection.• Immediately notify his supervisor any violation of rules fire protection or any situation that he/she appreciates as a fire hazard, and any malfunction of systems and fire protection installations.• Cooperate with the employee or administrator appointed by the technical specialist who has responsibilities in defense against fire, to implement fire protection measures.• Act in case of any imminent danger of fire, in accordance with the established procedures at the workplace. EVALUATION CRITERIA• Professional competence in the field of activity specified in the job description. • Good general knowledge of the company's field of activity. • Ability to understand, communicate and actively support process-efficiency initiatives to generate customer financial and productivity benefits• Ability to coordinate the team to achieve the performance goals agreed with the customer. • Developed skills of analysis, problem solving and project coordination. • Ability to motivate himself/herself to achieve goals, to demonstrate high energy and to adapt to short delivery times • Ability to manage quality expectations and set control points in the process to ensure that the team meets performance standards.• Ability to bring internal and external process information to identify optimization and process automation opportunities using digital applications / systems. • Curiosity and interest to learn as much as possible about any area in which the company operates. • Knowledge and expertise on the field of activity, intellectual agility, focused on results• Ability to accept change, tolerance to risk and ambiguity.
