Associate - Global Mobility in Bucuresti

Job Description You will work with clients from a range of industries and different geographical locations. No two days are the same. One day you could be analysing a client's tax residency position and another day you could be consulting clients on their tax implications while they are considering a relocation or a long term company secondment opportunity.You will have the opportunity to work with international clients and employees and assist them in navigating complex tax challenges that come along with a globally mobile workforce.As an Associate, you will be a part of the team who aim to create a differentiated business and you will get the opportunity to work with the best and brightest mobility experts in the industry. You will provide assistance to the managers and partners on the engagement and help them solve complex business issues from strategizing to executing the plan.What will be your responsibilities● You will be in the team dealing with Romanian employment tax, tax compliance, social security and immigration, to deliver high standard client services.● You will participate in all compliance related services for inbound and outbound assignees (registrations, tax return preparation and filings, correspondence with the authorities etc);● You will be involved in client correspondence with global coordinating teams to ensure everything is on track in terms of your clients tax compliance.● You will frequently be in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities and build a local and international network within Vialto. Qualifications • University degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Law;• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language (French/German) is a plus;• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;• Excellent Excel skills;• Feel comfortable with figures and calculations;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;· Practical and hands-on attitude;· Well-organised, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines;
