The Associate Recruitment Partner will be responsible for the administrative processes within the Executive Hiring Team, while also assisting with recruitment tasks, and they will take ownership of the company’s Agency PSL.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Maintaining and updating the Agency PSL – performance review, owning the process of enrolling selected agencies onto the PSL, making sure the guidelines for collaborating with agencies are being followed;
- Agency procurement, liaison and invoice - purchase order management for the Executive Hiring Team;
- Offering guidance to the Talent Team for raising purchase orders when necessary;
- Working with the Executive Hiring team to understand the strategic direction for hiring and be able to offer support for candidate management – managing candidates in the system (iCIMS), screening resumes, liaising with candidates when needed;
- Executive delivery against KPIs - managing information for the team;
- Working with the Executive Hiring team towards diversity goals.
