Sofidel’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.PURPOSETo maintain and manage all control & automation systems including software and hardware throughout site to achieve engineering objectives in line with Group standards, safety guidelines and work instructions.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor them and isolate problems To repair and debug control devices to avoid production loss, as well as create documentation based on the schematics and wiring plans for each device To follow electrical regulations and inspect controllers to ensure code compliance To troubleshoot PLC, Industrial Control systems and relay control circuits To support shift technicians in fault diagnosis and rectification of control system faults & failures To assist in the implementation of control systems for new processes & equipment To participate in emergency on-call duty on a rotational basis To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to.Recruiter: Please add EXTERNAL additional requirements here
