Your contribution to something big:
- Analyzes the failures of the complex means of exploitation , respectively machines with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components with the application of system diagnostics;
- Coordinates the team of automation technicians for complex industrial equipment repairs;
- Saves the programs of the intelligent components from the existing installations and equipment, structures them and updates them periodically in the plant database;
- Analyzes the weaknesses, removes the causes and proposes improvement solutions for simple industrial equipment (eg: promoting these proposals in the case of new structures and constructions);
- Diagnosis of industrial equipment with respect to the quality of execution required and the availability of the means of exploitation;
- Diagnosis, solution and optimization of intelligent systems for simple measurement and control;
- Ensures the programming and implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and installations from the electronic and software point of view;
- Fixes electronic and automation equipment, maintains and repairs systems, machine parts from the electronic and software point of view;
- Request and recommend electronic spare parts and software for existing equipment or projects;
- Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Higher technical studies in electrical profile
- Experience in industrial electrical and automation, knowledge of PLC's, micro controllers, frequency converters, peripheral components.
- Good communication skills (English included)
