Your Day to DayScrum Master will work within the team to drive the delivery of solutions/ capabilities that will allow the Inteligent Automation of the activities being performed by the Vodafone Network Operations teams The Scrum Master is a member of the squad who coaches the squad on Agile principles and practices as well as teaching, facilitating, coaching, mentoring and consulting on Agile techniques and ceremonies. Support the Delivery Product Owner in ensuring right-sized story writing, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:Coach team members on Agile methods and technical practices (e.g. CI/CD, etc.) Track and report on current status of all team members and the delivery, facilitating key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Monitor and optimize agile processes and practices Supports in the creation and maintenance of an atmosphere of trust within the squad by facilitating feedback, eliminating hindrances and tracking risks; Supports in the identification of risks, dependencies and impediments, to facilitate the squad and business in finding a solution, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders, and actively escalating when necessary, to ensure resolution; Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team learning.With these skills, you are a great candidate:Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills Planning and problem solving with product owner and delivery teams Structured problem solving and conflict management aptitude Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Previous Technical Delivery Role or Business Analyst Role in Telco Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and tools (i.e Jira) Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques Telco OSS/BSS Technical background or relevant experience on the sector.Sounds like the perfect job?
