The role We are looking for a new member to join our Azure Support team, and this time we are not looking for the experts but people who are enthusiastic about technology and support. This is a great opportunity to increase and boost your knowledge about Microsoft Azure. What will you do? Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure Cloud Support issues. Learn and use groundbreaking technologies Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers individual needs. Interact with leading technologists around the world Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal Cloud Support teams on how to improve our services. Drive customer communication during critical events. Obtain and maintain vendor certifications. Experience and desire to work in a multicultural team and environment. Soft: Customer solution presentation for complex remediation solutions. Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Passion for technology and customer service. Being able to remain calm and professional no matter the situation Team worker What we need to see from you Here is the list of things you will achieve if you join the team: You will joining a team who are experienced in Azure and work well together. You will learn all about the following Azure resources: Azure Virtual Machines Azure Networking resources Azure Active Directory And many more You will learn how to work well together with a several teams. You will learn how to stay calm in stressful situations. What will be your job description: Collaborating with big clients from all over the world but mostly in the EMEA region. Supporting the client for all kinds of Azure related issues, no matter how big the issue might be. Troubleshoot and investigate issues. Collaborating together with the IT support of clients to solve a difficult situation. Collaborating with other teams globally to help our clients. You will mostly work in EMEA day shifts. Possibly a weekend shift. What Experience/skills do you need: Previous experience in a technical support job. Able to perform under stress. Experience with Azure Great communication skills. Team worker but also able to work alone. Knowledge of Azure resources would be beneficial. AZ-900 or any other Azure certificate would be beneficial.
