Job Responsibilities •Responsible for regular team/ project reports - Daily, Weekly and Monthly •Regular review of operations and responsible for governance at Operations Level, and participation at tactical and strategic level•Responsible for Team management and recruitments•Managed all procedural document signoffs with relevant stakeholders•Implement and support audit and compliance regulations as per requirements•Point of contact for operations escalation•Engage senior stakeholders for improvement proposals and project progress•Responsible for Key Performance Indicators to drive the Service Levels•Ensure change management procedures are followed and complied to the organizational policy and practices•Review system health, capacity and performance reports are presented to stakeholders Position Requirements 业务技能要求：1.
