You will work independently and will also be responsible for making technical decisions within a team.Important aspects of the job include:Work in close collaboration with other developers in the team through pair programming and code reviewsTakes responsibility for bug fixing in the partner project (replacement of host functionality and migration of customer data maintenance to the iPA target system of the ais Adesso Insurance Solution), as well as for the revisionRefactoring of existing Java code in the integration layersMaintenance and further development of the development environmentPro-active use & further development of toolingWork in diverse technology stacks: Java EE, EJB, CDI, JPAContributing to the growth of Infosys through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment effortsTechnical SkillsWe have found that people who match the following requirements are the ones who fit us best:Minimum of 5 years software development experience Have a strong drive to build high quality systems and improve the quality of existing systemsExperience building applications in more than one language Java EE, EJB, CDI, JPAExperience with the integration of ais (Adesso Insurance Solution) products would be ideal (not a MUST), as well as in the insurance environment.Excellent communication in English; written and spoken / German is a plusResponsibilities Ability to produce clean, efficient code based on specificationsDevelop integrate software components and third-party programsVerify and deploy programs and systemsTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing softwareGather and evaluate user feedbackAbout InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
