Billing & Cost Coordinator (Entry-Level) in Constanţa

Job Location: Constanta (on-site) Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Cost Coordinator to join our freight forwarding company.  This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for accuracy.  T he selected candidate will be responsible for inputting costs into our system, ensuring that customer charges are correctly recorded, and issuing and sending invoices based on the inserted data. Responsibilities Accurately enter supplier costs into the companys software system. Input charges to be invoiced to customers based on agreed rates and services. Generate and issue invoices to customers. Ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and cost data. Assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving invoicing issues. Communicate with internal teams to ensure correct cost allocation and billing. Requirements High school diploma or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or data entry roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of financial or accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with billing software (or willingness to learn). Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Nice to Have Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industries. Familiarity with accounting or ERP Additional language skills
