BIM Design Engineer in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Create, maintain and update 3D models Organize the data used for creating 3D modelsStructure the projects from assuring the possibility for 4D and 5D BIMResponsible for timely & quality deliverables for BIM ProjectsAdhere to DB quality standards and design guidelines Assist the BIM Coordinator by providing technical feedback regarding 3D modeling in BIM Projects (internal and external)Work in close cooperation with the BIM Coordinator in all aspects related to BIM project’s planning and executionEnsure that the BIM Coordinator is aware of aspects that might impact on the level of quality and timely realization of the projectsMaintain and develop relationships with the BIM Engineers from German offices at the level in order to ensure the implementation of the same 3D modeling guidelines in projectsReview and propose new procedures and rules meant to optimize the day to day 3D model processPropose BIM training to the BIM Coordinator in order to facilitate the increase of quality and speed of design in BIM Projects Qualifications Qualifications:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferably Infrastructure Design)Proficiency in specific 3D Software for design (REVIT, Tekla and knowledge of AutoCad 2D, 3D)Basic knowledge of NavisworksKnowledge of Rhino + Grasshopper & Dynamo represents and advantageAt least 1 year experience with 3D modeling Good knowledge of BIM specific terms, codes and overall processWorking knowledge of MS OfficeFluency in Romanian and English are required. Other language skills, especially German, is beneficialAble to work independently following the internal design codesResult-oriented attitude.
