Bridge Design Engineer in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Design structural models for railway and road bridge projects mainly according to European Standards, with other countries specific particularities, especially Germany.Run the full spectre of bridges design such as Finite Element analysis, calculations, CAD drafting and BIM modelling and not only, corresponding to all stages of design:Conduct Conceptual Design, Feasibility studies, Technical Design and Detail DesignWrite technical documentation (mainly in English and German is considered an advantage)Analyze cost estimations, technical specificationTechnical assessment of Bridge works Qualifications Bachelor/Master degree in Rail, Roads & Bridges EngineeringExperience in bridge design engineering Proficiency in specific software calculation programs for structural engineering designAutoCAD software and knowledge about structural FEA software is required. Sofistik FEA and BIM specific software (Revit, Tekla) are considered an advantage as well as Project Wise knowledge.Interdisciplinary understanding and knowledge of the interrelation of individual planningA team player to promote a good working environmentAnalytical thinking, hardworking, responsible and flexibleFluency in Romanian and English are required. Other language skills, especially German, is beneficial.
