What we’re looking for We are looking for a business analyst who will work as a liaison among Orange Romania stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for design or improvement to end to end business processes, policies and information systems.Previous operational expertise in IT and technology is a plus and also Six Sigma certifications is a plus! What you’ll be doing Business analysis of ORO processes and Business Process Design or improvement initiatives with objective to add value to the business as:– increase customer and employees experience – if the client needs, wants and is willing to pay for– decrease costs while maintaining the performance– Improve revenues.Main activities performed by proactive Business Analyst in projects are:- Business Analyst and Business owners will propose improvement initiatives and support business case construction- analyze process performance based on interviews and KPI measurements, identify areas of improvement- collaborate with business owners to build and present improvement business plan and business case options for management validation- design or re-design end to end (across all ORO departments and partners) optimized processes and build business specifications (requirements) for related IT tools in cocreation mode with business.- Innovate: simplify, standardize, automatize (robots, AI) ORO processes. Take into account the customer and employees experience journeys requirements for processes design and improvement.- change management role to gain business acceptance for proposed process and organizational changes.- test the implementation- put in place performance management system to continuously improve processes- update with Quality function support ORO procedures.The output of a Business Process Improvement project is a new or optimized process and related IT systems automation and a performance management system of the process.Autonomy to implement as Project Manager plus Business Analyst transversal business process improvement projects.Implement Business Process Management and continuous improvement in ORO by:- coaching departments Business Process Owners and Business Owners to manage end to end aprocess based on KPIs objectives, continuous improvement roadmap of actions and projects- continuous improvement ambassadors in ORO by communication, training and coaching departmentprofessionals in continuous improvement- introduce new methodologies for design and improve.Define end to end Business Architecture for information and processes.Business analysis team defines clear business data models structure and processes based on ORO business needs and agreement with internal stakeholders:– design unique business data models per main functional areas– formalize business process map linked with IT systems in Business Process Management tool.Performance management based on balanced score card system:- Balanced score card system will be proposed and agreed with business owners based on company strategy and short term ORO business plan targets (approved budget and operational targets).Preparing Reports:Monthly operational performance follow-up will be done by business analysts for main sales channels managers as basis for variable part salary based on business KPIs.Other ad-hoc reports. What you need to know/have - 3-5 years operational expertise in an IT, telecommunications or Banking industries 3 years experience as Business or IT analysts- Business analysis (Business process improvement methodology knowledge)- University degree (economic or technic)- Certification design and improvement methodologies is a plus (e.g. Six Sigma)- A broad, not deep, understanding of the IT infrastructure that supports the business organizational policies and procedures- Project and Program Management- Financial and Operational reporting- Research and information analysis skills- Ability to plan and conduct the study, and document the results- Technical writing skills- Leadership and organizational skills- Change management skills- Communication skills (oral and written) in order to better facilitate, interview and communicate in a collaborative manner- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
