Your day to day: Work within Service Management Architecture and Governance to review complex issues, projects and deliverables and simplify the problem statement and visualise challenges that need to be resolved. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business: • To support the Service Compliance team with ongoing support and analysis to expand scope and further enhance the compliance structure, process and standards. This includes the use and expansion of Looker Studio (GCP) dashboards.• Own and support the ongoing evolution and use of the Service Management Sharepoint site.• Support other initiatives and projects across Service Management. Map processes or journeys, identify pain points and opportunities for simplification or improvements. • Feed value driven hypothesis / epics into the Service Management modernisation initiatives. Breakdown value hypothesis into epics and user stories. • Analyse and define initiatives, create high level plans and support delivery and implementation.• Partnering with Engineering & Transformation on Service Management initiatives and provide business analysis support for in delivery Service Operations value stream Epics• Service Management Sharepoint site• Analysis of key projects to define Epics and Business Stories.• Process and Value stream visualisation. With these skills, you are a great candidate: • Business Analyst skills, including workshop facilitation• Capable to understand complex business needs to clearly document and scope requirements• Strong stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical areas• Project management experience.• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.• Advanced experience as a Business Analysts• Solid background on technology• Able to manage by influence and know how• Service Management and ITIL understanding, ITIL foundation at minimum.• Safe and Agile framework exposure. Sounds like the perfect job?
