Who we’re looking for
Are you an ambitious self-starter, with strong analytical, presentation and relationship-building skills?

What you’ll do
- Extract and prepare weekly Sales reports for the Sales teams
- Create, maintain and update a database that takes into consideration salespeople’s market view and other parameters like population, no. of cars registered, Romanian Automotive Register data
- Together with the Sales team, gather stock information, centralize the data and provide various stock analysis/reports
- Create and update a database with customers and all their financial key indicators and provide analysis/reports and recommendations to the Sales teams
- Create and update a database with salesforce of customers, check for opportunities of investing in various training/contests and follow up on ROI
- Prepare the season load split by customer/location/month
- Work closely with Customer Service, Back office and Finance teams for a better understanding of the need of reports and analysis
- Review actual results and explain deviations versus the plan and previous period
- Create and prepare various presentations together with Sales Managers;
What you would ideally have:
- 1-3 years work experience in similar role
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM
- Fluent in Romanian&English
- Communication&presentation skills
- Proven negotiator
- Relationship builder
