This squad it is managed by a Chapter Lead and is responsible for understanding, analyzing and managing all changes related to Finance from data management point of view.Your day-to-dayManaging changes related to Finance from Data management point of view (eg: new application within the Bank that should deliver data to Finance, new data sources for Finance applications, new codes of transactions or new products codes in the existing systems)Monitors all issues related to Data Quality or defining new rules and controls if the case of new applications or new roles;Collaborates with Standard Reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that and improve internal and external reporting.Improve data flows and data quality for Finance in general.Understand all data flows at Bank level land the implication of any changes for Finance.Understand data definitions from Finance perspectiveWork in a close relationship with Accounting, Reporting, Internal Control squads and also Data Management tribe.What you bring to the teamBachelor’s degree; Knowledge of Financial Data, Data flows and data quality.Knowledge of internal system/applications and Products and Services Good understanding of general banking environment and ING Banking products, services.Data Warehouse knowledge would be a plus;Experienced user of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access and Power Point), data savvy (databases, SQL) and financial internal applications.Communication/interpersonal skills;Analytical skills.
