You will join the Innovation Team, where you will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team and leading programming activities. Warsaw opportunity with the possibility to work hybridly (up to 3 days per week remotely)!Your mains responsibilities: Working in the Innovation Team, mostly within the domain of Machine/Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Distributed ComputingConsult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational supportPartner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectivesFormulate and define scope and objectives for enhancements and foster communication between business leaders and developersProvide input during development and implementation phasesEvaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standardsIdentify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environmentBe detailed oriented, act swift, manage deliverable independently with minimal hand holdingAssist in project integration and acceptance testingEnsure System designs and solutions are prepared as per the bank's policies, and procedures and guidelines You're ideal for this role if you have:5+ years of experience in Business AnalysisComprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysisExperience preparing BRD/User stories, use cases, UAT plan, traceability matrixExperience with all phases of Software Development Life CycleExposure to various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)Experience in software testing methodologies (e.g. Lean, Agile) is a plusUnderstanding of systems engineering conceptsExperience with system integrations (for example REST, SOAP, AMQ)Familiarity with markup languages (XML or JSON)Ability to fetch and analyze data using basic SQL queriesPrior experience in Software Maintenance will be an advantageFamiliarity with Project Management (Requirements Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)Familiarity with Atlassian products (mainly JIRA and Confluence)We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
