Whatever we do, we do it well and we make changes that matter. How could you help us do this?We need a Business Planning Specialist to join our COE Finance function in Bucharest. This position will be responsible for internal customer communications and training as well as Compliance and internal auditing activities including agreement/contracts repository responsibilities. This may also include setting business metrics, evaluating actual performance, and making recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.What kind of work would you be doing?Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.Work independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.Define the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.Manage complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesize data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps.Work with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.Contribute to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.Work closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.What achievements should you have so far? We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have between 4-6 years of related experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Experience in the technology industry and working in a large organization is preferred.What about you? This is the most important part!
