Business Process Analyst in Finance (d/f/m) in Alba Iulia

Your Responsibilities You are responsible for process modelling and optimization based off Microsoft Dynamics systems and modules, including some possible third-party add-on’s (like SolidWorks PDM / BOM handling) You create and manage business legal and functional reports, views and dashboard requirements You manage business continuity including needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation You create functional designs and supporting the key-user organization to map and own their individual processes including the use of Value Stream Mapping technology to eliminate inefficiencies and ‘waste’ in processes You take care of the KAIZAN circle of continuous improvement in any applicable business area You work effectively with internal colleagues and external consultants and vendors to realize proper and timely delivery of projects and/or solutions You report to the IT Manager Europe (m/f/d) and worke closely together with the IT team based in USA (Connecticut) Your Profile You have long time working experience with detailed project and process realizations in finance Multi-currency, intercompany transactions, cost/price calculations, general ledgers and master data governance and standardization is where you feel completely at home and fits you best You have 10 years+ experience in-depth and detailed knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM and ERP business processes in a manufacturing / production environment You have worked in multiple countries around the globe and teamed up with colleagues in different cultures to realize solid solutions the organization needs You are customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills Ideally lives at a commutable distance from our offices in Amersfoort (Netherlands), Alba Iulia (Romania) or Westerkappeln (Germany) EU passport and driving license holder and abel and willing to travel on a regular base (max. 50% of the time) for multiple days (up to max. 2 weeks in a row ) You are fluent in English (company standard language), Dutch, Romanian and/or German language is plus Our Offer A diverse job in a qualified and committed development team Independent working environment Attractive and performance-oriented compensation and benefits Participation in the development of a dynamic, internationally growing company Our job offer Business Process Analyst in Finance (d/f/m) sounds interesting?
