Business Support Controller with German- - - - - - - - - - - -The Business Support Controller will:Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement;Ensures data quality during the month end closure, makes the necessary adjustments and corrections, respecting the Group standards;Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests;Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts;First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts);Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions;Bring contribution to business continuity -progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring;Deliver to our partners reliable, accurate and timely financial information and business analysis;Analyze and monitor plant expenses together with the Financial Controller and drive the corrective actions;Analyze inventory deviation and propose corrective actions;Provides analysis with comments during the monthly follow-ups, highlighting the gaps and makes possible to define the corrective actions with the BPC and the operational managers;Insure a first level of analysis of standard costing variances and contribute to the reforecast activities;Collaborate the stakeholders and coordinate the process of monthly closing ;Ensure and improve data quality and propose appropriate actions in case of discrepancies;Comply with the Internal Control requirements;Contribute to the standardization and optimization of our processes in a lean approach.What we’re looking for:Analytical approach, ability to deal with numbers;Economic background;Structured and organized;Fluency in German and English;Excel skills;Curiosity and eager to learn new things;Team spirit and can do attitude.In Michelin, we offer:Flexible work schedule and home-office options (Hybrid);A customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc. Private medical subscription; Life insurance; Luncheon vouchers and discounts; Deduction of vacation costs.How we recruit: Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
