12-Apr-2021 Business Systems Analyst, Senior ROM-Bucharest 35355BR Job Description Your ImpactYou will shape, prioritize, and deliver solutions transforming the way PTC provides support to its customers. You will play a lead role evolving Service Cloud capabilities on our global Salesforce.com platform.Your TeamAs a member of our IT team, you will work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and user stories based on business value. You will interact daily with one or more agile teams to design and deliver solutions. This role will require collaboration with business owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, and analysts to produce solutions with predictability and quality.Your Day-To-Day:You will participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives. As part of this role, you will analyze business needs and work closely with an agile team to articulate, design, and deliver solutions that meet current and future business needs. You will also be responsible for managing the health of the PTC Salesforce.com Service Cloud and integrated applications, balancing new enhancements with maintenance and fixes. As a trusted business partner, you will regularly demonstrate that you deeply understand business needs and are committed to providing innovative and value-rich solutions.Responsibilities: Establish a feature roadmap for the Service Cloud and Knowledge Management platformLead increment and iteration planningCapture user stories including business acceptance criteriaWork with stakeholders to groom and prioritize a backlog based on business valueWork as part of agile team to translate business needs into appropriate solution designsPerform other tasks as needed to develop/configure and test solutionsContinuously measure and drive improvement in agile planning and deliveryLead continuously exploration and learning activities.Skills and knowledge: Considered expert with Salesforce.com with direct experience delivering solutions on SFDC Service Cloud (case management, knowledge management, entitlement management, communities)Strong familiarity with agile planning and execution methodologies including agile scrum and KanbanKnowledge of effective patterns and techniques for story and test definitionExperience with systems integrations in enterprise environmentAbility to interpret documented business processes into application workflows and featuresAbility to objectively assess priorities and address conflict when neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with global team.We believe that diversity of experience and background leads to better ideas and a stronger company.
