Responsibilities JUNIOR CONTRACTS COORDINATOR Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Extensive computer knowledge, excellent written and oral communication, customer service skills, detail oriented, and ability to multitask. Responsibilities • Managing the email account of Procurement Contracts team and responding to all inquiries & requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide assistance and support to the entire EMEA Procurement Contracts Team in various requests. • Manage all template creation and revisions, including posting and managing all content on the EMEA Contracts Database. • Training other teams and individuals within the S2S organization on the Procurement Contracts teams roles, responsibilities, database and processes. In addition, be available for questions relating to the aforementioned at all times. • Manage all changes to the document signing authority matrix. • In charge of meeting preparations, supply ordering, and general communications. • Manage the EMEA Contracts Database.
