Call Center Coordinator in Bucuresti

Role purposeCoordinate the call center activities, related to Market Research projects: Primary Market Research, Marketing Services and Syndicated projects.ResponsibilitiesOrganizing and coordinating of the project team related to all actions completed during the field collection process in Call Center.Full monitorization during the field collection process to each project in order to fulfill projects objectives: timelines, costs, quantity targets and quality checks.Assuming the role of Pharmacovigilance responsible during the data collection stage, for all projects managed in Call Center.Main contact for the PM from the field collection team side, in terms of Pharmacovigilance process: trainings, Adverse Events monitorization, any other communications and actions related to this process.Responsible to update the department procedure considering local and global requirements and coordinates the team to follow all the terms from this procedure.Main contact for the PM related to data collection phase: provides statistics from projects, any information that could impact the project objectives.Keeping track of the cost level for each project and communicate with the Project ManagerResponsible to find solution for data collection improvements, increase the success rate for each project typeRequired skills/qualificationsProficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)Good analytical and problem solving skills.Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and diagnoses trends.Ability to identify/eliminate repetitive problems and standardize the processes by using existing research tools and/ or help in developing new tools.#LI-SM3
