Description of the job

Our new coleague will:

- Present, promote and realize sales of natural dermatocosmetic products by telephone, in pre sales system, B2C;

- Take orders and initiate phone calls to provide information about our natural dermatocosmetic products and sales them thru the phone;

- Introduces and operates information obtained from the customers in the company database (CRM).

- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with all existing clients in their area / country of origin and extends the portfolio of existing clients by our company own and specific methods;

- Provide assistance and advice to clients - Correct and complete information about natural dermatocosmetic products and when needed, builds individualized treatment plans for each client depending on the products ordered and customer needs

- Keep track and will be responsible for achieving the sales plan

-Receive orders and preferences from customers and registers them in CRM in order to be delivered just in time;

- Call regular clients and let them know the special offers made specially for them;

- Follow the commercial and delivery policy of the company according with the specific products that we have

Requirements:

Experience in direct sales or sales by phone is a plus

Experience in call center activities or sales in the pharma market / natural products market is an advantage;

Good PC operating knowledge (operating CRM systems is an asset).

Pleasant and positive vocal tone / stamp.

Developed memory, information retrieval, organization and planning skills.

Dynamic and flexible temperament.

Positive and proactive attitude, empathy and understanding;

Orientation to customer needs and results;
