Candidate Experience Specialist


The Candidate Experience Specialist will be part of the Recruitment Team (All Business & Operations) and will be responsible that all eMAG candidates will have the best experience possible during the recruitment processes.


Main responsibilities:

  • Answer all questions received from candidates (internal & external) in All Business & Operations, on all platforms used within the company (e-mail, social media / job platforms, telephone, Teams etc.);
  • It deals with the periodic information of all candidates involved in the recruitment processes of All Business & Operations, regarding the status of the recruitment project in which they are involved (provides feedback / status whenever needed);
  • Sends and centralizes the surveys regarding the experience of the candidates and the Managers involved in all the recruitment processes within All Business & Operations and answers the questions regarding these surveys;
  • Sends the welcome messages to the new employees and helps them with solving the specific situations regarding the on-boarding / induction processes;
  • Creates / updates Job Description, making sure that all information presented to the candidates is accurate and clear;
  • Opens, updates and manages system requisitions;
  • Organizes and manages the database of candidates, for all open roles in All Business & Operations;


Requirements:

  • University degree (graduate);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Emphatic, pro-active and passionate about HR;
  • Very good understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process;
  • English language – conversational;
  • Excel skills – advanced (formulas, functions, pivot-tables and charts);
  • Interest in setting up and improving processes;
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn;
