Responsibilities: Organization and execution of change meetings; Proactively coordinate/synchronize departments, to assure controlled change processes; Establish time schedules for implementation of changes, together with regarding functions: plan, control and manage the constructive change implementation (ECO); Check and control the change requests regarding bundling to connected change activities in the ECO; Participation on customer meeting, where applicable. Incorporate and support the Customer-driven change management process into DRÄXLMAIER process flow (Support plan, etc.); Initiate potential improvements in the process, implement and monitor these improvement; Measure the performance of change management in relation to the appropriate CM KPIs; Documentation of change history in IT systems (PLM/TC and SAP); Support of project set up in IT systems (PLM/TC, MDM, SAP). Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Professional experience in the automotive industry; Knowledge of English advanced level; German is an advantage; Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, goal orientation, customer orientation (internal/external); Work in international team on innovative products; Willingness to travel, local and international.
