We are looking for a Channel Program Manager - responsible for creating, coordinating and analyzing channel marketing promotions and campaigns, designing, operationalizing and executing across business units involved into channel development: business development, channel enablement, channel marketing, channel support, channel operations and solution engineering. This position reports directly to the Acronis Channel Chief.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing analysis and identifying opportunities for new Channel promotions and campaignsDesigning channel promotions terms and conditionsDefining operational framework and workflow for channel promotions and campaigns, driving those to executionInvolving relevant stakeholders into design and approval processCoordinating respective marketing and business assets creationCreating a new framework of analytic reports, identifying the outcomes, creating new plan of actionsCreating and monitoring KPI’s for channel promotions and campaignsDeveloping relationships and communication channels with key stakeholders, general managers, business unit leaders and influencers with a significant focus on continuous discovery, gap analysis and improvementWorking on strategy with the Channel Marketing TeamCoordinating cross-business unit’s activities and resolving high-level issues within the projectCoordinating implementation with channel tools and processes with Acronis Cyber Systems SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in IT industry, channel sales and marketing/marketing operations3+ years of experience in a leadership role in IT industry and/or MarketingSolid business acumen and understanding of Sales processesUnderstanding of Cloud Distribution and Cloud Service Providers channel specificsKnowledge and understanding of various of analytic tools (PBI, Excel and others)Strong ability to effectively discuss and negotiate around channel marketing issuesCompetency in MS application including Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to structure data and present outcomesAbility to drive results without direct authorityDetail oriented with strong focus on delivery of expected resultsConfident and assertive professional, acting as an independent but also capable of working within a teamGood listener, creative, intuitive, and with the ability to resolve problems in potentially stressful situationsExcellent organizational and planning skillsExcellent analytical skillsFluent English WE OFFER:
